About

Creative thinker, maker + leader.

Hey stranger.

My name is Victoria. I'm a creative leader, designer and marketing strategist with more than a decade of experience in the creative and marketing industries.

I'm originally from Los Angeles, but have spent the majority of my life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where I received my BFA in digital design and printmaking, with a minor in K-12 education from Evergreen State College. For the last 12 years, I've called Portland, Oregon home.

Most recently, I've had the honor to lead creative projects for small to enterprise B2B and B2C brands such as Mercari, data.ai, Cvent, Siemens, Nuance, ZoomCare, and others. I've managed small and large teams focused on delivering transformative ideas across customer loyalty, integrated marketing, CRM and digital first experiences. Before that, I led a variety of work ranging from complete rebrands and product builds to commissioned art installations.

While grounded in digital design, my career has been purposefully diverse. I've always sought work that would add to my skillset and expertise in these ever-evolving industries.

No matter what challenge, comes my way, I'm confident I can develop a creative solution that solves a human need and connects on an emotional level. This is why I'm so passionate about the work. There's always an opportunity to develop an idea that cuts through and actually matters to people.

What's important.

Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of managing and mentoring associate creative leaders, designers, marketers, copywriters, and interns. I’m a firm believer that success is an amalgamation of not only hard work and talent, but the team you work with and those you learn from.

I have a lot of incredible people to thank for where I am today. As a result, I take my responsibilities as a leader very seriously and work hard to help the next generation of creatives achieve their goals and grow.

On any team I've led, everyone is expected to lead by example and to look out for one another. Ego needs to be left at the door because it's all about empowering each other in order to create the best work possible.

Teamwork makes the dream work :)
