About
Creative thinker, leader, + maker
I’m Victoria—a Portland, Oregon-based creative leader, designer, and marketing strategist with over 15 years of experience turning ideas into impactful and timeless digital experiences.

Originally from Los Angeles, I’ve spent most of my life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, earning my BFA in Digital Design and Printmaking with a minor in K-12 Education from Evergreen State College. Portland has been my home for the last 12 years, where I’ve built my career leading creative projects for brands like Verdantas, Nuance, Siemens, ZoomCare, and FastGrid, among others.

Currently, I’m the Creative Director at Moncur, a branding agency based in Detroit, MI. I collaborate with B2B and B2C brands to elevate their presence through strategic design, branding, and marketing. My work spans rebrands, product builds, integrated marketing, and digital-first experiences. I’ve also had the privilege of managing teams both large and small, always striving to deliver transformative ideas that connect emotionally and solve real human needs.
While grounded in digital design, my career has been intentionally diverse. From commissioned art installations to complete rebrands, I’ve always sought work that expands my skillset and keeps me growing in this ever-evolving industry.

What’s at the heart of my work? People. I’m passionate about developing creative solutions that truly resonate and make an impact. Every project is an opportunity to create something meaningful, and that’s what keeps me inspired every day.

What’s important to me:

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and managing associate creative leaders, designers, marketers, copywriters, and interns. I firmly believe that success is a blend of talent, hard work, and the strength of your team. I owe so much of my growth to incredible mentors, and I take my role as a leader seriously, working to guide the next generation of creatives toward their goals.

On any team I lead, collaboration is key. Ego has no place in the creative process—what matters is empowering one another to produce the best work possible. Together, we create work that not only meets the brief but exceeds expectations.

Teamwork really does make the dream work.
